MDA Pictures & Videos Problem

Hello everyone, having a big problem with my new MDA. I discovered after I installed a few basic apps like Agile Messenger, TCPMP, and SPB Weather that I can no longer view pictures in the Pictures and Videos viewer. The viewer itself loads, but the pictures don't load at all, and it appears to be frozen where the pictures should be, while the rest of the app appears to work fine. I'm able to view the pictures just fine through the file explorer, and would usually have no problem accessing them that way, but I can't assign contact photos through the file explorer, only the Pictures and Videos app. I've only been able to solve the problem by, obviously, clearing the internal storage. Any suggestions would be great.

I read somewhere there was a conflict with the spb app, so i think this may be at fault. Uninstall it and try without although you may need to do a hard reset and add one app at a time to see the culprit.
