Help v1240 Crashed during upgrade

Hi just got my new Vodafone v1240 and was upgrading the ROM to the new vf-uk_v1240_aku2_v254832_ship.exe

The upgrade crashed the PC at 69% and I cant do anything with the phone now ;)

When I boot the phone I have 4 coloured bands on the screen (red, green, blue and white)

Anyone got any ideas how I can fix this.

Panic over, got the upgrade to work by uninstalling the driver, rebooting the system and retrying the upgrade
