writing to card

I have a 1-gig Kingston mini-SD card in my Audiovox smartphone. I can sucessfully sync a bunch of MP3's via WM10 ONE time only. After that, I can't add any more files to card, either through WM10 syncing or Activesync copying. I even pulled the card out of the phone and tried to write to it thru a card reader -- no luck. I keep getting the message that there's no more room on the card. But when I look at the card properties, there's 750+MG of used space and 150+MG of free space! I reformatted the damn thing just to make sure and tried it all again, still got the same result.

Any ideas?

firstly kingston cards are NOT compatible with smartphones ... crucial/sandisk ARE. There are loads of topics bout kingston sd cards on this forum ;)

suggestion is to return it/exchange it
