I'm currently using an hp ipaq 6365 pda phone but it hangs almost anytime. the phone is without any memory card installed. so is there any one can help me out there? if need to hard reset, then could anyone tell me step by step? thz...

Have you loaded the latest HP firmware available from http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/Ha...e/105_6136.html ?

Make sure you back up any data you want to keep. It will have the effect of a hard reset and ensure you have the latest firmware revision. It will also remove any operator settings ( eg t-mobile) and de-brand the software but it will not unlock the unit.
