Help please - Media Player Sync change video resolution

Hi

So i have a Vodafone v1240 smartphone (great btw) and it syncs perfectly with my Windows Media Center's recorded TV.

BUT!!

The resolution is set to 160 x 90 when my phone can handle 240 x 320 Grrrrr

So the picture is too small

I cant find anyway to change this.

Does anyone know how to sort this "Should be Oh so simple" problem out
