Hi,

I'm thinking of buying an sp5m, however i have a few questions before i make the jump:

1, Is it possible to surf in full screen landscape mode?

2, Is it possible to watch movies in full screen landscape mode?

3, Is it possible to stream internet radio such as the bbc channels here in the uk?

4, Does it support standard SD memory cards? up to 2gb?

5, What browsers does it support? Opera? also will it display flash based sites?

6, does have any other name besides qtek 8300?

Not in IE, not sure about opera, but i don't think so.

Yes, using Betaplayer/TCMP.

3, Is it possible to stream internet radio such as the bbc channels here in the uk?

Yes using betaplayer/TCMP/WMP using a streaming link, or Resco Radio:

Note it isn't free, but you can use the beta for free, which has some preset stations and doesn't allow adding anymore:

There is also an AAC and AACPlus plugin

NO. Only standard MiniSD cards, and yes 2GB has been reported as working.

5, What browsers does it support? Opera? also will it display flash based sites?

Opera for 2003 works on it, but with some reports that the font is too small, and its tricky to select links. I expect a WM5 smartphone one will come out eventually.

6, does have any other name besides qtek 8300?

Not that i know of. There are other names for the SP5 (non music version) which are the O2 and vodafone model names. Also there are other names for tornado based devices (without WiFi) but non that i've seen for the SP5m.
