Why not tell Orange what you really think?

Got invited to do a survey on the orange website for 'customer satisfaction'. With the amount of people leaving to join t-mob I thought some here might benefit / get some 'closure' from filling it in, although please note it asks for an orange mobile number so all you haters who've left and still rant on about orange - your views may not count - but hey, they never did anyway, right?.... ;)

I'm not an Orange "hater", I just got fed up with them.

I filled this survey in (well the dozen or so questions I got asked, out of 22) but never got an opportunity to give any free-text feedback. I suspect that what it's actually about is moving CS to online services as much as anything else.

I wouldn't bother if I were you.

I think most folks who've been round here for a while will be fairly cynical about orange actually listening. anybody remember mr. orange?

hmm well Im currently happy with orange due to the fact they gave me that upgrade ;)
