Guest halos Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 I hope this is the right list to post this question. Our web has especial pages for PDA users. It seems that for the new Qtek 9000 one of them can't be correctly seen. We can't find any emulator for this device, so that we can try to find out the problem with a web browser as we do with cellular phones/WAP pages. Do you know for this kind of emulator? The more emulated devices, the better. Regards, Hector
Guest galtish Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Emulator just released: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en Also, might want to try the free Opera 8.5 (?) beta browser for PPCs to see if it renders the web page correctl. Note that you'll need to copy a regular ttf font file (anyone, I chose Arial) from your PC to the PPC to resolve an issue with a weird defaul font. Try adding it to the windows/fonts folder or just to the windows folder.

I use Opera but I don't know what the problem you mention is.

Maybe it's device specific, the problem was that the font would show up in all symobls unless you coppied a font over to you device, it was a well known bug on the xda developers forums.
Guest fraser Posted May 30, 2006 Report Posted May 30, 2006 Ah, I've never had that issue on my Blue Angel.
