This incredible App is designed for WM2003se and WM5 Powered Smartphones with QVGA Screens or 220x176

The application allows manual bluetooth control and is one which is well worth keeping.

Instructions for Use :

Here are the instructions for usage:

1.Install the app by running the .cab from a file manager on the Smartphone

2. Uncheck the box "Receive incoming beams" under Settings > Conections > Beam

3. moBlue will now control all your incoming requests instead.

I also think that. I hope that the programmer of moBlue will change that in one of its next releases. The problem is pretty easy to solve btw. Even if Windows Mobile is only capable to receive files into storage, he could program that the incoming filestream is cut of lets say every 128 Kilobytes and then sent to external Storage where it is reconstructed. In this case unlimited filesize would be possible, and the program would just need a 128kb "Cache" in the main storage for receiving.

Hope the author of the program reads that. ;)

Where are all the people? In the thread on the first page everybody was enthusiastic, and now nobody buys the program or responds to this thread. Guys, wassssuuuuup? Buy the program and post your suggestions!

People were excited because it was freeware .. people are always hyped about freeware! Plus the topic was moved from news, so maybe people can't find it again!!

Anyways, barfoo's suggestions all sound really valid! And I hope it will be implemented in an upcoming release! Then I'll definitely buy the program for sure.

Well, after one day of usage I did now return the app and asked handago for a refund. The app is still much to beta for real life usage. Crashed my phone more than one time today. :-( Good idea, but bad realisation is all I say.

I have to say I agree I am considering asking for a refund too.

the program corrupts files i sent my self some .cab and .exe files and when moblue recieves them they ar unusable send them via blue tooth with out moblue and the files are easily installed.

also the exit button would be better if it hid the program so that incoming can still be sent to the storage czard and if i choose close all apps in task manager it wont shut down moblue as it does now.

I'm sorry, but small utilities like this really should be free... a paypal donate approach or similar would be much more appriopriate.

Especially since it's got a very narrow usage and when it's not properly tested.

An ultimate version of sniper will be released in the next few days.

Its just been released!

This latest version of Sniper contains significant improvements over the earlier versions. The new Sniper is faster and more robust than previous versions, it can send and receive large files that are only

imited in size by the capacity of the storage card.

It now displays progress bars whilst both sending and receiving, handles unresponsive target devices much more elegantly and has auto accept/reject options.

The BlueJacking features are greatly enhanced and easier to access and finally it has much-improved graphics for a bright new 'look and feel'

I test moBlue and Sniper on my Smartphone HTC S710 (using WM6)

moBlue don't work, i have a error message when launching.

The detail of the error say :

moblue.exe

SocketExeption

A error message cannot be show because one assembly of optional resource is missing

à

InTheHand.Net.Sockets.BluetoohListener.SetService()

à

InTheHand.Net.Sockets.BluetoohListener.Start()

à

InTheHand.Net.ObexListener.Start()

à moBlue.Listener..ctor()

à moBlue.Form1..ctor()

a moBlue.Form1.Main()

I also test Sniper :

during install of the cab, a message say netcf.all.wce4.arm4.cab is missing and Sniper will not work ok if cab is not install before.

I suppose this software are not totaly compatible with WM6 or some device in.

I search a software for my S710 using WM6 to put directly the bluetooth received file in the card memory not the internal (without software it's seem not possible to choise the storage card for Bluetooth receveid file !!! :) ).

For the moment i haven't find one working :P .

If you have a idea, thank you by advance
