Group Calendar synchronisation?

Does anyone know if iots possible to sync with a GROUP calendar from outlook rather than a personal one. We run a group calendar where everyone puts in their business commitments. It would be handy to have this rather than a personal calendar.

Would appreciate detailed instructions if its possible.

I *think* that this is possible, and is done using Microsoft Exchange. I'm not a big user of group calendars though so dont have much experience. Maybe try posting on microsoft.public.smartphone newsgroup?
