wm5 boot page freeze

hi guys

got a big problem. pls help me on this whohhwww.

i did a hard reset on my phone (xphone2) that i flash with wm5 rom. when i click on "0" to restor default setting it load the page that has the IU Build Test Only and then freezes there. it doesnt load anything and cannot turn off the device either. to turn off ill just pull up the battery and put it back and still the same thing happen.

is it really safe to use wm5 rom for xphone 2. i really like the features and everthing but it drains my battery quickly. a fully charge battery will not last a day. so i was planing to set it back to wm2003 or other say just hard reset and it will load the default setting, but how can i get it back to its original rom when it froze on that boot page (IU Build Test Only)

i need your help guys i have this phone for less than a month and i have not fully get the hang of it.
