Which Smartphone

Hi all,

I've not had a smartphone for over a year, and looking into getting one next time around when my contract is up.

I've had a Motorola MPX-200 which i liked and the build quality was top notch.

Then i had a SPV C500, which was ok but broke quite easily.

I've seen reference to the Samsung i300, is there a new model and what OS is it on.

Other than that i'm just looking for a well built phone prefereably touch screen, would prefer MS mobile 2005 but not fussed really. Wireless would be a bonus. Not too fussed about which network its on either.
