PC to Mobile sound streaming via bluetooth

Basically, im looking for a program where you can stream sound/music from your PC (acting as a server) to a smartphone (client) via bluetooth, basically, an audio gateway. I have an SPV C500 if its any use.

Has it already been concieved or am I the first person to think about it? Apologies if its been asked before, but im pretty sure it hasn't ;)
