Internet Browser problems

Hey guys I have a spv c550 and am trying to use internet banking, but I can only get so far into the login. The problem seems to be with the browser ( IE not sure which version ), I get an error message stateing that the site uses frames and the browser doesnt support them. Does anyone know of an updated version or browser that will enable me to view frames?. Thanks for any consideraton.
