m500 delivert reports possible?

ho there i have an m500 was just wondering is it possible to turn on delivery reports for text messages on this ??? i use to have them on on my last phone but cant seem to find an option on me orange m500

You can't turn "delivery reports" on for auto requesting. You have to enble reports from each message you send, 1 at a time.

Goto "tools" then "options" after choosing to start a new message.

Doesn't the M500 have

Messaging -> Menu ->Tools -> Options -> text messages

Then two check boxes - one for "Request delivery notification" and the other for "Use Unicode when necessary"

The O2 Exec does and I thought they both used the same version of messenger

You can auto enable reports with a reg tweak :

Go to the \HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\ key.

Add a Dword called "SMSDeliveryNotify" if it does not already exist.

Set the value to "(0x000001)" or just "1" depending on your reg editor.
