MoDaCo Smart Journal for i300? error message "full name"

I've been trying to get my i300 working with smart journal but only get an error message "full name" as several others also do as posted under topic smart journal.

1. does smart journal work with i300?

2. does the "full name" error come from that my phone and sync computer have language "norwegian"?

I've been reading all over this forum for answers - also to the error message but cant see that anyone has a solution or know what's causing it....

...does paul know this? - looks like you to have the i300 after reading this forum

PS! also interested in a program to copy sms inbox and sent items to computer for storage or print anyone know of anything?
