T-mobile SDA help

Hi everyone...my friend and I recently got the T-Mobile SDA I don't know any other names for it so heres a link,

Now my problem is that I don't know how to use bluetooth...it's wierd like I had a moto Razr which could send and recieve things from other phones threw bluetooth but it doesn't seem to work on the SDA...can anyone help?
