Problem running TomTom on v1240

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a vodafone V1240 (qtek 8310) and installed TOMTOM 5.2 for smartfones on it. When i run tomtom it starts up allowing me to choose the language, time and voice preferences but when i select the desired map the software just hangs and does nothing. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how it can be solved.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
