Guest stoked Posted May 27, 2006 Report Posted May 27, 2006 Looking to get the Motorola Q. Is there a RDP client available for WM5 Smartphone? For those of you who have tried the VNC client on smartphone, how do you control the mouse?

For those of you who have tried the VNC client on smartphone, how do you control the mouse? Is the motorola Q a smartphone? I know pocket pc have got the terminal services app (rdp) for connecting remotely.... Anyway I've downloaded this one at http://dotnetvnc.sourceforge.net, maybe it's a bit slow, but it's handy..... in a smartphone you control the mouse with the joystick, and the softkeys act as mouse buttons. The best thing is that this .NET app has been designed for working everywhere... it works under windows XP, and under windows ce (ppc 2003/2005 and sp 2003/2005) :)
Guest stoked Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 Yeah, the Moto Q uses WM5 Smartphone OS. It doesn't come with a RDP client like the PPC version of WM5.
