Where can I download Win Mobile 5? I want upgrade my mpx220 windows with this one! Help me pls.. :) .And another question....can I listen radio from media player 9 on my telephone?

Theres no official release of WM5 on a mpx200 and MoDaCo is not the place to find anything unofficial.

you cannot upgrade WM5 - unless given by the mobile operator (unlikely) so the best thing to do is to purchase a mobile device with WM5

for obvious reasons WM5 is not a product which you can buy off the shelf.
