Help for WMP

Hi i have a c550 and wonder if anyone can help me, basically when i use WMP sometimes song come up unknown (artist name or song title) and i try change it on my computer, but it has no effect on the phone. Does anybody no an easy way to re-name the songs?

Download and ID3 Tag editor on the pc and edit the tags of the songs then transfer them across to the mobile and update its library

I use this, its very simple
