Stan By executable file

I have shutdown.exe and log off.exe as shortcuts on my desktop and i would like standby so i can scheduel it to standby after a certain amount of time then wake up for when i come home etc!

Does any one no where i can find the executable file? Ive look all over the system32 folder where i got the shutdown file from...and no joy...

Please enlighten me someone..
