Warning about Hard Reset

My phone kept crashing randomly so i decided to give it its first hard reset.

When i pessed "0" to hard reset the phone went bright white and stayed that way for about 5 minutes, after this all power went, i doubt it ran out of battery as it was almost fully charged last time it was switched on.

Now the phone does nothing, no power. Even when i plug it into the charger the charging light wont light up.

That to me suggests its totally dead :)

Any help is gratefuly appreciated!

I can't send to HTC to fix as i bought this off of a friend too!

What phone we talking about here?

If it's orange / t-mob www.htceurope.com will honour warranty based on seriel number.

Sorry thought i said it was a C500.

Battery has ben removed, contacts cleaned, phone contacts cleaned and still no gud.

My only problem with sending for repairs is that i cleaned the dust out from under the phone a while back and broke the seal.

*slap wrist*
