I was having a host of problems with my 2125:

- ActiveSync would not sync anything on the phone

- TomTom wouldn't run

- Opening a document without an associated program would search for apps that might open it, and fail back to the home screen

- MS Voice Command would do everything but dial a contact name

It turned out that there was damage to the directory structure of the SD card. Merely deleting everything and copying it back over didn't do anything - I had to format it in a windows machine to make it work right again. All I did was copy the files off, format, and then drag them back on again.

I don't know if this has been brought up before but I figured that adding certain key words to this post might help it show up under someone else's search.

Having a file with a really long name can make the phone hang/crash. Took me a while to figure that one out :)
