Possible to override headset profile when headset is connected ?

Is it possible to override the headset profile when the headset is connected ? I notice that the Menu->Speakerphone on option is still available but when I select it, it remains at headset.

Not as far as I am aware, the headset profile is activated by a switch in the socket rather than a software option.

Is it bluetooth or headphones because all my other profiles are still "selectable" when my bluetooth headset is connected and it retries the calls back to the phone and disconects the headset!

Sorry pal...its somethng i have a habbit of doin...NOT being able to type lol

I ment to say, RETRIVES the calls back to the phone and disconects the headset!

But if its a wired one not bluetooth then it wont work!
