Screen Brightness

On the Orange M500 you could set the screen brightness to whatever you wanted but when it as plugged in the screen would go as bright as it could.

I can't seem to do this with the o2 mini s. I like to keep the brightness about halfway but want it to go to full brightness when it's on mains power (USB, car charger etc).

Is there a way to do this?

Have you checked your screen brightness settings in the device Settings?

Yes, it's set to halfway. But it should (or 2003 SE used to) go to full brightness when on mains power.
