Connecting to 2 bluetooth items?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any way to connect to two bluetooth items at the same time, my scenario is a bluetooth GPS receiver for use with TOMTOM Mobile and my bluetooth hands free/headset to use while i'm driving and maybe get tomtom directions through the hands free/headset?

If anyone can answer this i would appreciate it.

Yup! Bluetooth can have more than one device in use at the same time.

And judging by your device name im assuming you have a C500 yes?

Well if so you can use an app called Bluetunes which passes the phones Audio and Microphone to the headset.

So using this app allows you to pass tomtom directions to the headset.

I have a C550. I will have to track down the software. How do i connect the 2 items at the same time as i have them both limked to the phone, but don't know how to connect the two at the same time!

You just connect them? Just connect your headset and then tomtom, will that not work?

From what ive read it will.
