Creating Shortcuts for RJShortcut plugin.

I recently formatted my phone and lost some of my custom home screen settings. I have rjshortcuts installed but I have a couple custom programs I want to point to.. How do you create a shortcut for smartphones?? I kinda remember counting characters or something but can't find it..
