Hi there,

I've had an Orange SPV M500 since November and before that an SPV C500.

I'm bored now and want a new phone before my contract ends.

I like smart-phones/pda style phones. Windows mobile is a must.

I'm not TOO bothered about touch-screen but I do use Tom Tom 5 on my M500 - although isn't there a version that run on non-touch screens?

As long as I can sync it up and organise my hectic life etc and also run some sat nav - I've got a bluetooth headset and gps etc.

I like the look of the C600 BUT it's not got wireless. I'm a software developer by trade so a bit of a geek - I like toys!

Are there any upcoming SPVs or fit new smart-phones, bearing in mind I'm on Orange?

Not bothered about the cost really too. Also I'm after decent bluetooth - on the M500 it doesn't send the proper tones through my headset or let me use the headset to listen to music through it etc. Any that do that?

Sorry for all the qu's - been too busy recently to really keep my toes dipped in 'what's hot' and 'what's not'

Cheers,

Mike.

O2 XDA IQ looks nice, I think it's the same as an SP5

Smartphone (no touch screen), WM5 (push email & sync), Wifi

For PocketPC I'd go with a Prophet (SPV M600, Dopod 818, Imate JAMin) because its slimmer, or a Wizard (T-Mob MDA Vario, O2 XDA Mini S) which is fatter, but with a qwerty kbd

The Hermes (3G version of the Wizard is due soon)

Or (from the Portal here) the Asus P525 looks nice - PocketPC, but with a traditional phone keypad. Not out yet, could be ages (if ever) before it reaces us
