ROM help SMT5600

hi. i just got a used cingular Audiovox SMT 5600, and i'm on Rogers. i have a rogers rom which i downloaded (about 30MB, it's called "RogersSMT5600.bin"). i have a sd card slot on my computer, and i have filled my 1GB mini sd card with 0's. i have downloaded itsutils (which i unzipped to "C:\ITS").

i would like to flash my smt5600 with the rogers rom. how do i go about doing that?

i think i have a bootloader that is 2.xx because it says 2.0.42.10 when it boots up.

what are all the steps (simply) that i have to do from here?

i realize i there is info about this in this forum, but it's really hard for me to understand because it's focused on backup then flash.....and i have read many different things that are saying separate steps.

please help.
