Guest spyghost Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 hi, i noticed a while ago, that i can see concentric bands of rainbow on my xphone ii lcd. i never dropped by phone even once. although the rainbow does not obscure reading the screen when lit, i am quite disturbed whenever i see it if i get the chance to look at my phone from an angle. is this a reason for panic or repair? how did it happen?
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 The rainbow effect has been known to show up with different ambient temperatures. It is most common when the phone is cold and then taken into the worn.

Guest awarner (MVP) Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 It's could be the reason, depends if you let the phone lay in direct sunlight which would increase the temperature even more. Try to keep the phone in a cool place and see if there is any change. can you take a photo of the screen to show the screen.
