O2 settings for M2000

Hi I have serched this forum, I am sure you must have it but I cant find it. I have switch operator from Orange to O2 and now cant send MMS because of the default settings on the M2000. I found this post from Martin

it covers the c550 and it has enabled my GPRS for browsing but I still can not get the MMS to work either accessing or sending.

Please please PLEASE help me. I actually need MMS for work and it is prooving most unpopular that I cant get this sorted.
