I don`t know of such a program existing, but i think it could be done, because i know there is a program, right here at MoDaCo Downloads section, that can make your led blink faster when you recive a call or a sms. I also know that all the software in the Downloads section must be the uploader`s work, so maybe you can look up the uploader of that program and maybe he could help you!
