emu help any emu,please

i cant get any emulator 2 work or dl. am i wasting my time trying 2 get this on my phone? do i need to get 2 a pc? are they only 4 pda? do i need unlock my phone? i have motorola i930 smartphone os and a arm proccesser. someone help im on day 3 now!

The phone might need application unlocked.

THANKS ILL TRY THAT BUT WOULD THAT KEEP ME FROM DOWNLOADING ANY EMU IM THE FIRST PLACE SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS CANT FIGURE IT OUT EITHER.
