problems sending mms to tesco mobile

Hi i am new to this forum and would like to say hello to you all.

I have posted my problem as a new topic as i could not find one that seemed to suit, if it is in the wrong place can you please let me know.

can anyone tell me if they have had any problems sending mms messages to tesco mobile from t-mobile.

I have recently moved to t-mobile and my father cannot recieve my mms. He can recieve them from any other network. Tesco have checked his phone settings and they appear to be correct. T-mobile have checked mine and they appear to be correct. We can both send to every other network and i can recieve his he just cant recieve mine he has an ericsson T610 and i have an MDA compact 2 can anyone help. Thanks

Welcome to MoDaCo and, yep, you've posted in exactly the right place.

In truth if your device is succesfully sending mms to other devices and his is succesfully receiving mms from other devices it suggests an incompatibility between the networks and/or devices. There's not likely to be much we can do about it I'm afraid. I can say I've not heard of such a problem...

Thanks Pondrew for your reply. I cannot say wheter it is a network or device problem as i do not know anybody else who is on tesco network. If there is anybody with a tesco mobile and is willing to allow me to send them an mms message so i can solve that it is not a network problem i would be gratefull to them although i do realise this is a BIG ASK. i would not expect you to post your details on the forum for obviouse reasons but if someone was willing you could send me a private message.
