Replacement LCD (Top layer) SPV M2000

hi, first post so go easy on me ;)

I've just purchased the SPV M2000 off ebay and it has a little bubble at the top of the screen, it's like a little mole hill :) I've never looked closely at these touch screens but am I right in presuming there are two layers to them? The actual LCD and then a touch screen layer? Either way, it looks like it's only the top layer that's effected. It's not a problem and it's not too noticible but if it's reasonably cheap to get a replacement, I'd like to replace it.

Is this part available and if so, how much and where from :)
