Guest Crudeboy Posted June 8, 2006 Report Posted June 8, 2006 (edited) Coming from Palm user, one of my issue with PPC has been the search function (Start>Program>Search) where it takes ages just to search for anything. I was looking for a contact, keyed in and after waiting for the search results... when I got the results, some of them are not even relavant!!! For example, I was looking for "chye" and I got some contacts which doesnt even include the word. I also did a search for "lee" and again some of the results doesnt include it! Strangely some of it included "li"... Anyone have a clue? Since I still have my SPV M500, did a comparison with my Mini S, I am not getting the same result, it seems the M500 gave me an accurate search result and much faster!!! Guest Confucious Posted June 8, 2006 Report Posted June 8, 2006 Within contacts searching is very quick, just start typing a name and it narrows down as you type. Never actually used "Start>Program>Search" so can't really coment.
