I sent a email to iMate tech support and within a few hours of the email, I received a spam message from [email protected]

It's quite odd that I sent a email to iMate tech support based in DUBAI.

had a few emails back and forth with them over the last few weeks and no spam to the email address i was sending from...(yet! :))

the imate support is terrible! Just had to talk to them and both times session ran out - ether no one exists or they are lazy to respond

I usually find it a pain as well. It times out and you have to log out / delete cookies etc before it will let you try to log in again. Just been on with them though and got through in 1 min.

The funny thing is they use their "after sales user experience" as a marketing tool and as a reason to charge more than say Qtek (who's support is almost non existant too!)

Try what I do. Buy a domain then set the forward email address to your regular address. Give each company a different email e.g. [email protected], then if it's ever spammed you know EXACTLY who it was... :)
