Look in the Smartphone Software - Free Download Discussion forum. There are a bunch of alarm programs there. I use Fizz Traveller's alarm feature, that is good too.

Do you know whether there's any alarm clock that is capable of 'waking up' the mobile phone if it's in power down mode? :)

Freeware would be nice, but not a must!

if buy power down you mean switched off then none will do that if you mean switch off flight mode and switch on at night too then i can recomend two

autoflight for switching profiles with calendar interface too

but for all round alarm features city time alarms (note the flight mode feature will only be available in the upcoming beta avalible here at modaco search the news section)
