How to Hard Reset SPV M600

Hi There every one

having problems Hard Reseting my Orange SPV M600.

I did not enter my Wifi Key and the manual says I must hard reset it else I can not get to the WEP key pop up unless I hard reset!

have followed the manual to the letter and beyond! pressing the Camera and Comm buts and pressing reset button with stylus does nothing... except a new bee tearing his hair out! HELP
