Cingular 8125 Extended Rom What do I want and what does what? Cabs Listed

Can anyone help me out here. I did a hard reset on my 8125 and reset when it was doing the extened rom install, well now i'm having issuse's with txt and mms msg's I have the folders back and have redone the settings but it still doesnt work. As part of that problem does anyone know which files I should install from the extended rom that are either helpfull or no memory hogs?If anyone can explain what all of these cabs install I would appreciate it so i can decide what to or no to install.

While some of these are obvious I was wondering if someone can explain what the rest do? few other minor qwerks when I send a MMS msg (which doesnt work yet) I cant add people from my contancts and it wont auto grab from contacts if i start typing a name normal txt msging will do this..but its not working either...lol any help on the cabs would be greatly appreciated.
