Guest bbrockie Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 Hi there I have read through the forums, and even tried a few sites using google, but I have so far not found a solution to my problem. So far, I've only found the option to add a phonenumber under "Dial-up", but I take it this is if I want to use my phone as a modem linked to the PC :) I have gotten the following information from my mobile provider: Phone number: 1234 IP-address: 190.140.130.130 Username: name Username: pass IP-Port: 9201 Disconnect after: 60 sek. Connection type: ISDN or Analog. DNS server: 80.70.120.10 APN: mms.gprs.com IP number for the WAP gateway used for MMS: 10.20.0.10 Message center URL: http://mmsc.provider.com Could some kind soul please help me get on the internet with my Qtek 8310? :)
Guest PPCPassion Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 I am not sue if this will help you or not but settings listed on the Cingular site works for me to connect to internet wirelessly. You may need to check with your provider for some specific settings but the general process is the same as listed on this site: https://onlinecare.cingular.com/device-supp...ls/KB56473.html Other good place is HowardForums or SPV-Developers Good luck.
