You might have a job finding support for the s300 m8, you're one of the lucky early few who's got one!! (I'm waiting for mine from ebay)

Have you tried a hard reset? Usually this should do. Look for a utility called clear storage in the phones menu and that should do it. Alternativly there should be a key combination (something like hold the two soft keys while turning in the phone, but again I'm not sure about the S300)

As a last resort you might be able to find the ROM if you can find someone who reads chinese Link to S300 Page
