How to install cab files

i have downloaded few applications for motorola mpx220. they are in cab format. can someone tell me how to install the files.

Welcome to the site :)

You can either place the files in Storage/Windows/Start Menu/Accessories then on the phone go to your Accessories folder and select the file you have just placed there.

You can just place them on the storage card and then with a file manager on the phone explore the card and select and run the file.

Hi! This is simple! Connect your device to the computer via ActiveSync and then just copy the .cab file somewhere in your phone. Remeber that location and go there using the file manager. Once you found the cab file select it and press ok! The installation should begin!

Note: after you have installed a .cab file, the .cab will dissapear from where you put it, so you sholud probably copy & install each file at a time!
