Is Vodafone v1240 an Imate SP5?

I need to know if the Vodafone v1240 is an Imate SP5, if it is an Imate SP5, is it the same or is it different in anyway?

yes it is a imate sp5 the only difference will be the vodafone added software ( vodaafone live ) and the slightly different colour :) the imate comes with extra software as well in a form of 2 games and an antivirus application , as i have not looked in the menu of a vodafone version i cannot comment on if they supply extra games ect :)

The antivirus is removable. First thing I did with the sp5m....

the Vodafone v1240 doesn't inlcude pocket MSN IIRC. I sent it back ages ago so can't really remember...
