Guest Disco Stu Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 You can use MS Outlook to edit your Contacts, Tasks, internet Favourites etc. AS also has an Add /Remove Programs tool
Guest mandt Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 if you use outlook then activesync is extremely useful. eg if you put new numbers or email addresses on your phone while at work, a simple sync when you get home copies it all to outlook for you. Also you can edit your contacts in outlook and then sync with your phone. If you use the outlook calendar a lot (I live in mine) then syncing will put your appointments etc on you phone, meaning they are ways in your pocket. very handy! probably one of the best features is to be able to connect via bluetooth, I am posting this from my phone, connected to my PCs broadband connection via bluetooth
Guest chelseachampions Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 hi thanks for the replys, sorry to trouble you again but how do i set it all up on MS outlook? thank you!!!!!!!!
Guest Disco Stu Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 When you connect your phone to your PC you should get the option of creating a partnership or connecting as a guest. Select the partnership option and you will get a wizard that does it all for you. If you have Contacts etc on both PC and phone you would want to combine the items when you get the prompt. It is all very straight-forward when you get going. :)
