I found this in the www.pdaparts.com liquidation section. It has batteries for the C500 (aka typhoon and smt5600) for $.01 and I think $5-6 shipping. Just wanted to let yall know.

these batterys only have a capacity of 900mAh meaning can deliver 900mA for one hour before running completely flat.... the original c500 batterys had a capacity of 1050mAh and the c550 + Tornado batterys have a capacity of 1150mAh
