can't transfer files from c600 to pc via activesync

OK, this is driving me mad! All I want to do is transfer the pics I've taken on my c600 to my pc via activesync (usb). When I try it goes through all the motions of copying (grey bar etc) but the file never appears on the pc! I've tried drag & drop, copy and paste, cut & paste (this just deletes the files from the phone), you name it. Nothing I do lets me move files from the phone to the pc. Has anyone come across this or have any idea how to solve it? Thanks,

I saw this once before on the forum, try setting your folders on your PC to show hiden files and folders, and uncheck 'hide protected operating system files'

Ok, in ActiveSync have you set it to sync 'files' as well as the usual Contacts, Calendar etc?

I remember when first got My Vario I had a similar problem until I also set it to sync files

Have you tried going into the activesync settings and telling it not to convert any files that are transfered?
