Can any one tell me or is there a list some where of whats in each cab file in the extended_rom section.

If you mean detailed contents (eg: Copy these files, make these registry changes etc) of each CAB file then there's no such list that I know of.

If you're trying to save yourself a little space by not installing everything then I'd recommend using the imate K-JAM AKU2 ROM (I'd recommend it anyway) which you can get from ftp://ftp.clubimate.com

That ROM has little or no unwanted "Junk" (apart from Skype, which you can delete easily) IMO
