CAR profile.. how can i change?

Hello, will anypne help me with this..

One morning, wen i woke up my Smartphone wouldnt vibrate,play tone/music and i cudnt hear the person calling me. I checked the profile its on CAR profile. how can i change it? it wouldnt change the usual way. is it because of this i couldnt hear anything?

you could try wiggling a paper clip in side the earphone socket.
